The Board of Directors upholds the legal and fiscal duties of Lauren's Ladder and ensures that fundraising and grantmaking align with the mission of the organization, is fair and transparent. Board members can serve up to two consecutive three-year terms. Two members of Lauren's family hold permanent seats on the Board.
